Website visits and hosting
When you visit the website, necessary connection data is processed, including your IP address, access time, requested file or page, volume of data transferred, browser and device information, and, where available, the referring page. This data is used to deliver content, investigate faults and prevent attacks or misuse.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. Hosting and technical delivery are provided by Netlify, Inc., USA. Netlify processes website and form data as a technical service provider. Its data processing agreement forms part of Netlify's contractual terms: Netlify Data Processing Agreement. Further information: Netlify privacy information.
Contact form, email and telephone
The contact form transmits your name, email address, training interest and the language of your enquiry. Your telephone number, a child's age and a message are optional. The information is sent over an encrypted connection to Netlify Forms, stored there and provided as an email notification to selbststark@gmail.com for handling. Access is available to authorised association staff and the technical support required to operate the website. Service information: Netlify Forms.
The association uses Gmail for email. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Email contents and related communication data are therefore also processed by Google. Google's own processing is described in the Google privacy policy. For telephone enquiries, we process the contact and enquiry information you provide so that we can respond.
Enquiries about training, seminars or a possible contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is responding appropriately. Where statutory retention duties apply, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.
You do not have to use the contact form; email and telephone are also available. Without a name, a reachable email address and the information necessary to address your enquiry, we may be unable to identify or respond to a form submission. Please do not submit health data or other particularly sensitive information. This website does not store your form entries in local storage.
Retention
Enquiries and related messages are retained only as long as needed to handle the request, communicate afterwards, or establish or defend specific legal claims. If an enquiry leads to a contract, further retention depends on its performance and any applicable statutory retention duties. Data that is no longer required is deleted from form records and email inboxes; records subject to statutory retention remain restricted to that purpose.
Technical connection and security data is required only as long as necessary to deliver, troubleshoot and secure the service. The duration depends on the data type, security incidents and the hosting provider's technical deletion and backup processes.
Processing outside the EEA
Netlify and Google use international infrastructure, so processing outside the EEA, including in the United States, is possible. In its linked data processing agreement, Netlify describes the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where it does not apply, EU standard contractual clauses as transfer mechanisms. Google explains its adequacy mechanisms and standard contractual clauses in its data transfer frameworks. These sources provide access to the respective safeguards.
Bookings and external links
Trial sessions and linked seminar bookings are handled on Selbststark's external Postura page. You visit that service only when you open the booking link. Booking and membership data entered there is not processed through our contact form; the Selbststark booking page privacy notice applies to that processing.
WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and network partners are provided solely as external links. When you open a link, the destination provider may receive your IP address and browser information, among other data. Its privacy information applies to your use of that service. These services are not loaded as maps, feeds or booking windows simply because you visit this website.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
The website code sets no analytics or marketing cookies, uses no tracking pixels and stores no data in local storage. Images and fonts are served locally by the website host. No analytics or newsletter services are used. An external link alone does not load the destination provider's content.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Contact us using the details above to exercise these rights.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Austrian Data Protection Authority. This website does not carry out solely automated decisions, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
